From approximately 9:18 p.m. to 9:38 p.m. (MDT) some North American customers may have been temporarily unable to reach the platform on web and mobile, and in some cases unable to send alerts to VictorOps. Our DNS service provider was quick to resolve the issue (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/01rn2zh81gsm), and all systems are currently functioning normally.
