On October 4, Splunk Support case management will transition to Cisco's platform as part of our integrated One Cisco support experience. During this time, contacting support via live chat in Splunk On-Call will be unavailable.
Key Change: Following the go-live, please use the Splunk Support Portal to re-open a closed case. Replying to a previous case email will no longer trigger a re-opening of your ticket.
Everything else stays the same:
Consistency: You will continue to use the same Splunk Support Portal for submitting and tracking cases. Continuity: Your support engineers and SLAs remain unchanged. Open Cases: All existing open cases will be migrated to the new system; you will receive an email notification containing your new case number.
What you gain: You will benefit from faster resolution times, consolidated Splunk and Cisco knowledge articles, and access to the Cisco AI Assistant for Support — available with your existing Splunk credentials -- for on-demand case updates, escalations, and enhanced article recommendations.
