VictorOps uses a worldwide data distribution network to improve the security and performance of our platform. Today, that network experienced brief service disruption(s) affecting the eastern United States. The reported disruptions were at approximately 6:30 AM (Mountain), lasting roughly twenty minutes and then again at approximately 8:30 AM (Mountain), lasting approximately five minutes. Customers connecting to that segment of the network may have experienced connection issues, or delays with delivering alerts into the VictorOps platform.
